Responsible Gaming

Betting on cricket is entertainment with a cost, like a stadium ticket. The moment it stops being entertainment, the cost is no longer worth paying. This page is about noticing that moment early and knowing what to do.

Our rules

  • You must be 18 or older. We close IDs when we learn a user is younger, and we do not refund stakes already placed.
  • We will set a deposit limit on your ID when you ask for one, and we will not raise it for 7 days after you ask to lower it, even if you ask again.
  • We will pause or close your ID at your request, immediately, and pay out the settled balance.
  • We do not send promotional messages to users who have asked us to stop.

Signs it is time to stop

Chasing a loss with a bigger stake. Betting on matches you would not otherwise watch. Borrowing, or delaying a bill, to deposit. Hiding the amounts from someone at home. Feeling relief rather than fun when a session ends. Any one of these is enough reason to pause.

Practical limits that work

Decide a monthly amount before the season starts and treat it like a subscription, not a target. Deposit it once, not in top-ups. Never bet during the last over of a chase to “make it back”. Withdraw winnings the same day rather than leaving them in the ID. Keep one ID, not five.
